I work with organisations to build psychological safety, inclusive leadership and resilient performance, helping people think clearly, communicate openly and perform well under pressure.
I have worked independently for over 20 years, supporting individuals, leaders and organisations through change, growth and high-pressure environments. I partner with L&D and People teams and senior leaders through executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and wellbeing and resilience work.
Before founding Golden Egg Training in 2002, I spent 17 years working within blue chip organisations, developing expertise in leadership, sales, business development, and management. That experience means I truly understand the pressures, pace, and complexity of corporate life. Today, I bring that commercial grounding together with psychological insight and deep curiosity about people — creating spaces where leaders and teams can think clearly, feel safe to be honest, and grow in ways that genuinely stick. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in human potential. I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people flourish — and what gets in their way. Helping individuals reconnect with their confidence, clarity and purpose is not just my profession; it’s my calling.

How I work
My approach is calm, collaborative and appropriately challenging. I create psychologically safe environments where people can engage honestly, contribute fully and navigate complex conversations with confidence.
Psychological safety and inclusive leadership sit at the heart of my work. I support leaders to understand the impact of their behaviour and communication, and to lead in ways that build trust, belonging and accountability.
I balance practical tools with space for reflection, ensuring sessions remain grounded in real workplace challenges and translate into meaningful action.
